Competent chef required
at Ardington Hotel in Worthing

We are in search of a competent chef that can assist the head chef Ben miller and his brigade of four throughout the year. During the month of Christmas Iam able to guarantee 40 hours per week as a minimum for the rest of the year in the current economy business fluctuates enormously however there is an ongoing need every week for extra labour and I beleive that within the next three months (with the growing level of business which we are experiencing) the position will become permanent.
Please only apply if you had a minimum of three years in western european cuisine at chef de partie level- please look at the christmas menus.
Your role during Christmas will be in helping with mis en place at a speed! It is very busy so "a head down and get on with it" approach is required
PLEASE NOTE THE RESTAURANT IS CLOSED FROM THE 24th of DECEMBER to the 5th of January
